Everyone wants to live healthy, because with a healthy and fit body we can do anything we want to do. But sometimes the disease came unexpectedly, can be minor illness even be severe. Of course, this is bothering us in the move. Like this one which namely osteoarthritis, ever hear it? Or you may even suffer from this one? Do you often feel pain in your knees when you wake up from squatting or climbing stairs? Maybe it’s not as popular as osteoporosis or porous bones. Cartilage is a protein substance that serves as a "cushion" between the bones of the joints. It is also known as degenerative arthritis. It occurs more frequently as we age. Before age 45, it occurs more frequently in males. After age 55 years, it occurs more frequently in females. Primary it is mostly related to aging. With aging, the water content of the cartilage increases, and the protein makeup of cartilage degenerates.

Weight control can be your arthritis treatment. A healthy, anti-inflammantory diet is one thing good for you to do. Drink plenty of fluids, eat more fruits and vegetables, eat more small cold-water fish, eat red meat sparingly, eat fewer processed foods. And do not forget to do a proper exercise.  You can do swimming, cycling or even dancing. It will be very useful if you are overweight, and this diet helps you to lose weight. then, no pain anymore…
